Privacy policy

This policy explains what Logical Enterprises(“we”) collects when you use our website, the LogicOS platform and client portal, or our managed store services, why we collect it, and what control you have over it.

Who we are

What we collect

• Contact details you give us: name, email, phone, and anything you write in an enquiry or invitation request.
• Marketplace data you authorise us to access: listings, orders, fees, buyer messages, and inventory levels from connected selling accounts such as eBay.
• Account data: login identifiers and authentication tokens for services you connect.
• Usage data: pages visited, features used, and technical information such as browser type and approximate region.

How we use it

• To operate the service: compute margin, generate listings, sync inventory, and process orders on your behalf.
• To deliver reporting, including the weekly summary email.
• To provide training, coaching, and support.
• To evaluate invitation requests and manage engagements.
• To secure the service, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use your marketplace data to compete with you.

Google user data

Where you connect a Google account, we request only the scopes needed for features you turn on, and our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google data is used only to provide or improve the user-facing features you have enabled, is not transferred to others except as needed to provide those features or to comply with law, is not used for advertising, and is not read by humans except with your explicit consent, for security purposes, or where required by law. You can revoke access at any time from your Google account permissions page.

Text messages and mobile information

If you give us your mobile number and tick a consent box on our contact form, we use that number to send you the categories of message you consented to, and for nothing else. Consent to service messages and consent to marketing messages are collected separately, and neither is a condition of any purchase.

No mobile information will be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

We keep a record of each consent, including the wording shown to you, the page it was shown on, and the time it was given, because we are required to evidence it. You can withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP to any message, or by emailing us. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Full terms are on our SMS terms page.

Sharing

We share data with service providers who process it on our instructions, including hosting, database, email delivery, messaging, and analytics vendors, each bound by contract. We may disclose data where required by law, and to a successor in a merger or acquisition, in which case this policy continues to apply until replaced. The mobile and consent exclusion stated above applies regardless.

Retention

We keep personal information for as long as your account or engagement is active, and afterwards only as long as needed for legal, accounting, or dispute-resolution purposes. Marketplace data is deleted or anonymised within 24 months of an account being closed. Records of messaging consent and opt-out are kept for as long as we are required to evidence them, even after an account closes.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, to object to certain processing, and to withdraw consent. Email support@logicalenterprises.ai and we will respond within the period required by applicable law. You may also disconnect any linked marketplace or Google account at any time, which stops further collection immediately.

Security

Access tokens are encrypted at rest, access is scoped to the accounts that need it, and administrative access is limited to personnel who require it. No system is perfectly secure, and we will notify affected users of a breach as required by law.

Children

The service is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

We will update this page when our practices change and revise the date above. Material changes will be notified to account holders by email.
