Listings, synced from eBay
Active listings pull straight from the marketplace, so what the team works from is what buyers see. Searchable across the whole book, not one login at a time.
LogicOS is the platform behind every store we operate: listings, orders, fulfilment, support, and the numbers, in one place. Your portal shows you the same store your team sees.
Independent software and services. Not affiliated with or endorsed by eBay Inc.

The problem
Most operated stores are held together by a listing tool here, a spreadsheet there, and an inbox for everything else. The client sees none of it, and the team spends its day reconciling.
Listings in one system, orders in another, costs in a sheet, support in email. Nothing agrees, so someone checks by hand.
How the store is doing should not depend on who you email and when they answer. It should be a page you can open.
Handing over a marketplace login is how stores get locked out. Access should be granted by consent and revocable by you.
The platform
One system for the team that operates your store and the portal you follow it from. Every part below is live in LogicOS today.
Active listings pull straight from the marketplace, so what the team works from is what buyers see. Searchable across the whole book, not one login at a time.
One order, every line, every status change: paid, routed, purchased, shipped, delivered, refunded. Tracking sits on the order, not in someone's inbox.
Paid orders route to supplier accounts with capacity, soonest ship-by first. A blocked order says exactly why, so the fix is a decision, not a hunt.
Sales, fees, and cost of goods per store, with net shown only where a cost is actually recorded. No margin figure is invented to make a page look busy.
Tickets from your portal land with the team that runs your store. A reply from you reopens a resolved ticket; internal notes never cross to your side.
The Ecom Launch Pad course, eleven modules and forty-eight lessons, with progress and downloads, in the same place as your store.
Weekly report
Sent from LogicOS, from the same data your team works from. No dashboard-diving, and no number that has to be asked for.

How it works
No software to install, no login to hand over, no rebuild of how the marketplace works.
01
Tell us about yourself and what you want from a store. Your request lands with the team as a lead in LogicOS, and a real person calls you back.
02
Authorise your eBay seller account from the portal with eBay's own consent screen. Your team sees orders and account standing without ever holding your password.
03
The team runs the store from LogicOS. You open your portal for the store, your documents, your messages, your training, and the Monday report.
Your portal
Every client gets a sign-in to the LogicOS client portal. It is read-only by design: the work happens on the operator side, and the portal shows you the result.
Access by invitation
Portal access is sent by email when your engagement starts. There is no password to set and none to remember: the link signs you in.
Sales today, this week, and this month. Active listings, open orders, the last ten orders with tracking, and a monthly P&L that shows net only where a cost is recorded.
The Ecom Launch Pad course, with your progress kept and materials to download.
Agreements and files your team has deliberately shared with you. Nothing internal is ever listed here.
A two-way thread with the team that runs your store. Your message sits in their queue until someone answers it.
Open a ticket, follow its status, and reply to reopen it if the answer did not land.
Managed stores
For a small number of invited clients, Logical Enterprises builds and operates the store end to end on LogicOS. You hold ownership and strategic control; the team handles the day-to-day.
Private invite only
Managed stores are capacity-limited and subject to qualification criteria. We take on clients we believe we can serve well, which means turning most enquiries down.
FAQ
LogicOS is the software Logical Enterprises built to run the stores it operates: listings, orders, fulfilment routing, the ledger, support, training, and the client portal, in one system. It is not sold on its own today. Clients get it as part of a managed store.
No. Logical Enterprises and LogicOS are independent. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by eBay Inc. LogicOS connects to your eBay seller account through eBay's own approved developer interfaces, with your authorisation, which you can revoke from your eBay account at any time.
No, and be wary of anyone in this category who does. We operate the store and show you exactly how it is doing. What it makes depends on capital, product mix, the market, and time. Results vary and many online stores do not turn a profit.
No. You authorise access from your portal using eBay's consent screen, the same way you would connect any approved app. Your team sees orders and account standing; your password stays yours.
Pricing is shared during the invitation process, because the engagement is scoped to what you are starting with. There is no public self-serve tier today.
Operating stores consumes real human hours, and we would rather serve a smaller group properly than a larger one badly. Access opens as capacity allows.
Your store data is used to operate the store for you and to report on it to you. It is not sold. Portal access is scoped to your own records, and anything the team marks internal never crosses to your side.
Tell us who you are and what you want from a store. If it is a fit, we will send an invitation.
